Being flexible can help you attract the best and brightest employees to your business, according to Gartner’s 2020 ReimagineHR Employee Survey.
According to Gartner, 36% of employees were identified as high performers at organizations with standard in-office 40-hour workweeks. That percentage jumped to 55% in organizations that allow employees some degree of flexibility in where they work (in-office or remote) and the days/hours they work.
